This Terms & Conditions belongs to BTHT Services Pvt. Ltd. and to all the Subsidiary of BTHT Services Pvt. Ltd. Sarfiri Yaari( Brand Name website: sarfiriyaari.com) is one of the Subsidiaries of BTHT Services Pvt. Ltd.

 

  BTHT Services Private Limited will be hereinafter referred as “Sarfiri Yaari”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” and its users will be hereinafter referred as “Guest”, “them” or “they”, “You”, “Your”. By using our website, you confirm your agreement to the website’s terms of use, and you undertake to comply with them.

        Our Terms & Conditions will update regularly, it is your responsibility to get up to date with Terms & Conditions. After your (user, you) booking done if there will be any kind of Update to our Terms & Conditions you have to agree with the Current running Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Services

 

Through the Sarfiri Yaari Platform, we interact and share information with the third parties( Channel Partner) to provide the services to you (user). Sarfiri Yaari offers services to our users and to our channel partners are listed below:

4. Sarfiri Yaari Business(SRFYRI Business)

5. Sarfiri Yaari Earning (SRFYRI Earning)

            This service isn't limited as it showed, services get updated with time.

Booking Criteria

 

Guest's interest to participate in the tour Payment of the registration amount indicates that the guest is interested in the tour and has read and accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned in Sarfiri Yaari brochure/website/booking form/Email/SMS/Social Media Messages.

                           In case of a guest who is processing the booking formalities on behalf of his/her family is deemed to have been authorized to do so by his family after reading all the Sarfiri Yaari terms and conditions mentioned on the brochure/website/booking form/Email/SMS/Social Media Messages. All these Terms and Conditions will form part of a contract that Guests will enter with us once the booking is confirmed. A contract will be made between the Guest and Sarfiri Yaari only upon booking is confirmed and accepted by us and our communication thereof to the guest.

Documents Needed for Booking:

                                          A Guest must have a valid ID Proof which is owned by only the guest who is traveling or a part of the booking with Sarfiri Yaari Services. The Guest ( Out of INDIA) must have a Passport with them. The Guest Information must have to match with the given data/information through Sarfiri Yaari brochure/website/booking form/Email/SMS/Social Media Messages.

Online Booking:

                     A Guest makes Online Booking/Booking of our services offered by Sarfiri Yaari. The booking request will be confirmed by our agents { third parties( channel partner)} and our employees. When the Booking request will register successfully the confirmation will be sent through Email and SMS to register contact information.

 

Booking through Call:

                     A Guest makes booking through the call of our services offered by Sarfiri Yaari. The booking process will be done as a guest want. All the details or registration information will be held on the call or given form through the link. The booking request will be confirmed by our agents { third parties( channel partner)} and our employees. When the Booking request will register successfully the confirmation will be sent through Email and SMS to register contact information.

Health:

         When the Guest books a tour, or when someone else books a tour for him, in his name then it implies that the guest is physically fit to travel to that particular destination. It is very important for the Guest to take care of his health throughout the tour. Health is entirely his risk and responsibility. The Company ( Sarfiri Yaari / BTHT Services Pvt. Ltd.) and Third Parties ( Channel Partner) will not be responsible for any causes that happen to the guest while traveling with the Company ( Sarfiri Yaari / BTHT Services Pvt. Ltd.) and Third Parties ( Channel Partner).

Payment Information

 

The amount of Sarfiri Yaari services shows on website/brochures will not include the GST Tax which is 4.5% applied for Tours operation and 5.6% applied for cab Services. This Estimate will be mentioned at the Invoice provided by our team through your registered contact information.

                  Our Payment Partner is BharatPe Marchent. The mentioned amount will be sent through the link provided by the BharatPe Marchent. The Payment account of Sarfiri Yaari is running by our Employees: 1. Mr. Paras Ghodeshwar 2. Mr. Sohil Shekh 3. Mr. Abhang Mundhe. when the payment will receive the confirmation and estimate invoice will be sent to a guest registered contact information.

Cancellation and Refunds.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

                       The Cancellation Policy refers to Sarfiri Yaari. The guest who booked or a person who booked for the guest only he/she will be eligible to cancel the tour or services provided by Sarfiri Yaari. There must be some reason for canceling the tour or the services. 

Refund Policy:

                       As per the Refund Policy of Sarfiri Yaari. 2 hours before the cancelation service 50% of the Service amount will be refunded to your account.  12 hours before the cancelation service  75% of the Service amount will be refunded to your account.   36 hours before the cancelation service 85% of the Service amount will be refunded to your account.  2 days before cancelation service 100% of the Service amount will be refunded to your account. 

Transfer of Services and Tours.

 

To provide our services to a Guest we need to link the services to the third parties( Channel Partners). We will share guest information with our channel partners to provide the service to our guests. The third-party( Channel Partner) will contact our guests to provide their services to the guest in a convenient way.
