Bhushi Dam :-


Bhushi dam is situated on the Indrayani River. The environment is so delighted and attracts lots of visitors in mansoons. The overflowing water through the steps of the dam encourages people to play and add a fun time in their vacation. Swimming is banned inside the dam, because of depth and flow of the water. The lake situated near the dam is created by the Bhushi Dam is also used by Tata Power for the purposes of power generation.



Valvan Dam :-


Valvan Dam is a best place in Lonavla which is known for its peaceful environment. The dam is 26. 36meters high, and its length is 1,356 meters. It is surrounded by lish green hills. The Valvan Dam is a large water dam situated near Lonavala. The dam acts as a power source for the Khopoli Power station which is owned by Tata Power.




Pawna Dam :-

Pawna Dam is built over the Pawna river. The dam is surrounded by famous forts such as Lohagad, Visapur, Tung and Tikona. Pawna Dam is also the water source of Pimpri Chinchwad region. The dam also plays a significant role in irrigation purposes to the nearby villages.
